This cabinet features high visibility with LED lighting and includes corner bumpers to help prevent external damages. This unit is mobile on four 5-inch swivel casters, and two of these casters brake for stability as needed.
*Warming cabinet features two separate modes for proofing and heating; the former maintains temperatures as high as 115 degrees Fahrenheit and grants 30 to 50 percent humidity, while the latter provides temperatures to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. For even, consistent results, these temperatures are spread throughout the entire cabin with the use of forced-air circulation and can be monitored on the LED thermometer. This unit is paired with a removable control drawer for thorough cleaning.
